In order to boost family income and advance national development, women must actively engage in the economy. Household welfare and living conditions have been greatly enhanced by their increasing participation in the job market. Finding a balance between working and taking care of one's family is the focus of this study on working women. One hundred twenty people filled out a standardised questionnaire, and then we used chi-square testing, correlation analysis, and percentage calculations to figure out what everyone said. Results show a favourable correlation between women's salaries and family happiness, which may indicate that more money means better living conditions. However, many women still encounter difficulties in juggling their professional and domestic responsibilities. Gender equality and long-term economic prosperity can be achieved through the adoption of policies that make workplaces more welcoming to families. If women were to reach parity in the workforce by the year 2025, it might add $12–$28 trillion to the world's gross domestic product.
