Efficacy of topical fresh aloe vera versus glycerin magnesium sulphate treatment for phlebitis in children at Padma Devaiah Hospital, Bangalore. Objectives: To assess the level of phlebitis in children with phlebitis, to evaluate the effectiveness and compare topical application of fresh Aloe vera in group I and Glycerin Magnesium sulphate in group II, to find out association between the level of phlebitis in children with selected demographic and clinical variables. Hypotheses: a) There is a significant difference between the level of phlebitis in children before and after intervention. b) There is a significant association between the level of phlebitis in children with their selected demographic and clinical variables.
