This study investigates the adoption, usage patterns, usability, trust, and acceptance of Blinkit among senior citizens (60+) in urban and semi-urban India. Using a mixed-methods cross-sectional design (survey and semi-structured interviews), the study examines Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) constructs— Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU)—along with trust, family support, and physical/cognitive constraints. Quantitative analyses include descriptive statistics, group comparisons, and regression models to identify predictors of regular usage and intention to continue use, while thematic analysis captures lived experiences and barriers. Results indicate that PU, PEOU, trust, and family support significantly predict regular usage, whereas low digital literacy, small fonts, complex navigation, and payment anxiety remain major barriers. The paper proposes actionable design and policy recommendations to improve service accessibility for older adults.
