Road accidents remain a significant global challenge, primarily caused by human errors such as distracted driving, ignoring traffic rules, aggressive driving, poor visibility, improper overtaking and lack of communication between vehicles. This paper proposes an intelligent Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication system designed to enhance road safety through real-time data exchange and AI-based analysis. The system enables vehicles to share critical information such as speed, location, and distance between vehicles and detects the danger using wireless communication technologies, even in offline conditions. An AI- based module processes the collected data to predict potential collision risks and unsafe driving situations. Based on this prediction, immediate alerts are provided to drivers, allowing timely action. Additionally, an emergency module prioritizes ambulance movement by notifying nearby vehicles within a defined range. The proposed system improves both safety and traffic efficiency, making it suitable for real-world deployment in diverse environments.
