The digital era has significantly transformed the field of English Studies by reshaping pedagogical practices, learning resources, and modes of academic engagement. However, learners in remote areas continue to face substantial challenges in accessing and benefiting from digital education. This paper examines the transformation of English Studies in the digital era with special reference to learners from remote regions. It explores how digital tools and pedagogical innovations can support English language learning while highlighting persistent barriers such as poor connectivity, inadequate digital infrastructure, limited teacher training, and socio-cultural constraints. The study adopts a qualitative and descriptive approach based on existing literature, classroom experiences, and educational reports. The paper argues that context-specific, low-cost, and sustainable digital strategies are essential to ensure equitable access to English Studies for learners in remote areas. It concludes by emphasizing inclusive digital pedagogy as a crucial factor in shaping the future of English Studies in marginalized contexts.
