The objective of the current study is to create and validate a reliable and secure watermarking algorithm. The algorithm first performs independent FRFT transformations on the cover image and the watermark image to determine their respective amplitudes. Only the cover image's amplitude is then used for the two-level DWT transformation. Secondly, the algorithm applies the SVD to the amplitude of the watermark picture and the low-frequency sub-band of the second level DWT of the cover image. Thirdly, in order to embed watermark information, a new matrix is built using the singular values from both the cover and watermark images. The proposed work next uses the preceding numerical computation to identify the proper order of FRFT transformation for the cover image. It has been demonstrated that the DWT and SVD-based approach we suggested in the FRFT domain offers improved imperceptibility and resilience. For the following reasons, it is robust and imperceptible well. The advantages of both the spatial and transform domains are utilised in the watermarking algorithm, which combines the multi-resolution capabilities of DWT with the stability of SVD. Additionally, the transformation order of FRFT is used as a key in the process of extracting the watermark, which can increase the security of the proposed scheme.
